2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins or cranberry’s
1/2 of your favorite nuts
1/4 cup chia flax seed mix
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave 30 seconds. This makes it so much easier to mix in.
My favorite mix
Mix all ingredients together until combined. Pour into a pan lined with wax paper and let chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. I love to eat this with my smoothie for breakfast and as a great snack on the go!
