What a great mix to add to your everyday meals!
I use this mix in a variety of different ways especially in my granola and smoothie recipes. Chia and flax seeds are a great source of omega 3 fats, proteins, and are rich in fiber.
I use a coffee grinder to grind up the seeds it works great! Grinding the seeds helps the body absorb the nutrients better. Once all seeds are ground, I pour them into a canning jar, put the lid on, and shake it up.
I use the seed mix in breading for chicken, granola, in meat balls, and to sprinkle a top your oatmeal.
