Broccli Cheddar Egg Pie

This is one of my favorite go to week night meals.  My kids love it and it is so easy to make!  They call it Egg Pie and it’s great to eat the next morning for breakfast.  You can serve this with toast, home fires, or any breakfast meat.


8 eggs

1 cup milk

1 bag a frozen broccoli

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2  teaspoon garlic powder

non stick cooking spray



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Then spray a over sized pie plate with extra virgin olive oil cooking spray.  If you do not have an oversize pie plate any oven safe dish will do.  Add broccoli and cheddar to your dish.


In a bowl whisk together  eggs, milk, and, seasonings.  I used my egg beater so fast!


Poor egg mixture over broccoli and cheddar.  Bake for 45  or until golden brown.

A delicious and fast week night meal that will give you a great breakfast the next day!
