This is my go to lunch and it is so good! Very fulling and flavorful and made with the healthiest ingredients. I even found really yummy crackers to go with.
1 can of Tuna
1 tablespoon of Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon red onion
1 tablespoon celery
a sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce if you like.
Dice red onion and celery. Add tuna, yogurt, and seasonings and blend well.
Serve with crackers or veggies. These crackers I found at Target are perfect for my crunchy cravings. You can have 18 for like 130 calories!
