Moist and delicious banana muffins one of my favorite recipes! I really must of liked this one to write it down.
Sometimes if I don’t have sour cream in the house I will use Greek yogurt. Also adding and extra banana doesn’t hurt.
Cream butter, sugar, bananas, and vanilla in a large bowl or you can you use your mixer. Today I had a little helper and she likes to mix.
Stir in sour cream, baking soda, and salt then gradually add the flour. I switched to a whisk to make sure my batter was well blended. If you want to jazz up this recipe feel free to add chocolate chips, nuts, and whatever you desire. I added chocolate chips to half my batter, but had to leave some plain ones for my daughter.
Don’t forget to spray your muffin tins for easy removal.
Bake at 35o for 10-15 min or until golden brown.
