Just about every morning I make a smoothie. Its a great start to my day! Here’s what I had around the kitchen today to put in it. 1 banana 1 cutie orange (peeled) 1/2 cup strawberry’s (frozen) 1/2 pineapple (Canned) 1/2 cup spinach 1/4 plain greek yogurt 1 tablespoon chia flax seed mix
